Description:
The purpose of this program is to increase access to and improve the quality of community behavioral health services through the expansion of Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs). Supported projects must provide access to services for individuals with serious mental illness (SMI) or substance use disorders (SUDs), including opioid disorders; children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbance (SED); and individuals with co-occurring disorders (CODs).
Eligibility is limited to certified community behavioral health clinics or community-based behavioral health clinics who may not yet be certified but meet the certification criteria and can be certified within 4 months of award in the following states:  AK, CA, CO, CT, IA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OK, OR, PA, RI, TX, and VA.
