Description:

The purpose of this program is to support the extension of arts opportunities to underserved populations, including those that have limited access to the arts because of geography, ethnicity, economics, or disability. Funding is available for professional arts programming, and for projects that emphasize the potential of the arts in community development. Support will be provided for focused, distinct projects that take place over limited periods of time and involve limited geographic areas.
