The purpose of this program is to promote community development by providing financial and volunteer support to organizations in Colorado in the areas of education and human services. The funding agency’s focus areas are:
- Education: providing scholarships for both students and educators in the state of Colorado, as well as students and educators who are members of the Credit Union of Colorado
- Human services: assistance programs for meeting basic health, welfare, and other needs of the poor, sick, or elderly in Colorado
