The purpose of this program is to foster, promote, and preserve artistic expression, with an emphasis on Colorado African American heritage and lifestyles. This program will provide general operating support and funding for specific performances or programs to nonprofit organizations that generate, assist, increase, and/or encourage performing arts in Colorado African American communities.
