Description:
The purpose of this program is to assist nonprofit organizations that provide age-in-place services to low-income elderly and/or disabled individuals. Funding will be provided to build, strengthen, and sustain age-in-place programs. Programs should assist seniors and adults with disabilities, including those with limited financial means, and should provide individuals with the opportunity to live a full life and age with dignity in the comfort of their own homes.
Eligibility is limited to applicants located within 21 miles of a Griswold Home Care office. Refer to the Eligibility section for additional information.
