Description:

The purpose of this program is to strengthen partnerships across Colorado that support young adults 18 to 25 years of age who, in their efforts to achieve economic stability, have become disconnected from school or employment. The long-term goals of the program are to increase employment rates, increase high school graduation rates, and increase General Equivalency Diploma (GED) completion rates.
