Description:

The purpose of this program is to make the arts available in more communities and to offer the public access to a greater and richer variety of arts experiences by supporting partnership agreements with state arts agencies (SAAs) and regional arts organizations (RAOs). This program also provides assistance to nonprofit organizations working with SAAs and RAOs to strengthen support of the folk and traditional arts.
