Description:

The purpose of this program is to support organizations that are providing needed services and assistance to older adults in Colorado during uncertain times. Support will be provided for organizations that are directly involved in work that primarily benefits adults age 50 and older or their caregivers.

The inclusion of underserved project target populations, such as disabled, low-income, rural, ethnic minorities; lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBTQ) individuals; and homeless populations, will be considered during the evaluation.

Eligibility is limited to applicants located in Colorado.
