Description:
The purpose of the program is to increase the well-being of children and youth through physical activities. The goal of the program is to encourage and inspire youth to improve their lives by leading a more active lifestyle. The Foundation is committed to reversing the trend of obesity by offering children the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of running. All proposals must demonstrate the grantee will conduct programs that increase participation in running in order to positively impact the lives of participants, and to prevent and reduce childhood obesity.
