Description:

The purpose of the program is to support the following areas:

1. Programs and services that support workforce development, especially those that foster initiative and a positive work ethic

2. Education programs that work to address the needs of under-served students or improve literacy among adult learners

3. Elder/Senior programs that assist in providing the necessities of life or to assist them to live independently in a safe environment by providing basic human needs

4. Food service and delivery programs

5. Programs that serve people with disabilities, including those with physical, behavioral, and/or substance use disorders

6. Programs that serve the homeless community

Eligibility: nonprofits in the seven-county Metro Denver area — Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas and Jefferson counties.
