The purpose of this program is to support projects that will provide Colorado residents access to the government through effective and efficient online and mobile technologies. Projects must fall under one of the following categories:
- Hardware projects, such as:
- Video streaming
- Computers for libraries/public use
- Digital signs
- Information kiosks
- Professional services projects, such as:
- One-time migration/set-up fees
- Custom online forms
- Website migration to the funding agency’s colorado.gov site builder
- Innovation projects, such as:
- A Colorado Department of Natural Resources (DNR) fishing app
- A Parks and Rec app
- Interactive trail mapping
- Informational videos
- Digitization projects, such as putting historical content online
- Other projects, such as:
- School programming
- Tech days
- Transparency projects
- Cybersecurity
- Broadband projects
