Wells Fargo is committed to building an inclusive, sustainable recovery for all through a focus on opening pathways to economic advancement, championing safe, affordable homes, empowering small businesses to thrive, and enabling a just, low-carbon economy. The Neighborhood Implementation Renewal Grant was designed to empower low-income residents and neighbors with tools and support to stabilize and increase their economic standing within their local communities. These grants are awarded on a highly competitive basis to implementation grantees who must demonstrate that their organizations’ evaluation processes include:
- An ongoing systematic survey of residents about the quality of life
- Quarterly reporting on agreed-upon milestones and deliverables
- Assessment of what changes have occurred accompanied by neighborhood indicators that are both evidence-based and easily replicable.
Priority is placed on nonprofit programming supporting low- to moderate-income communities, addressing racial and social equity, and accelerating an inclusive economy for long-term impact.
Eligible applicants:

- Town, City or County Government
