The purpose of this program is to ensure that police K9s are protected during their entire shift by donating a practical, mission-ready body armor vest to K9 police dogs. The donated vest is the Line of Fire (LOF) Defence StreetFighter vest, which is designed as a lightweight, armored tracking harness that can be worn for entire shifts without causing mobility stress, fatigue, discomfort, or overheating. Ultimately, this program seeks to send K9s home at the end of their shift by ensuring they are always protected when confronting a threat.
