Description:
The purpose of this program is to protect jobs and invest in communities in the short, medium, and long term by providing affordable loans to rural Colorado businesses and nonprofit organizations affected by the COVID-19 crisis. Projects must take place in towns with a population of under 50,000, and may involve businesses creating impact through job creation and retention, as well as those that will need additional capital to survive and restart. Women-owned, minority-owned, and veteran-owned businesses are encouraged to apply. Funds may be used for working capital and operating needs.
