The purpose of this program is to help Coloradans reach their full potential by supporting organizations that promote self-reliance, personal responsibility, and integrity. This program funds projects that help youth prosper and encourage economic opportunities for adults. Funding may be provided for operating, capital, or project support.
Projects must address the following priority areas: youth and youth development and adult work programs.
