The purpose of this program is to support specific projects of or activities and/or provide operating support for community-based nonprofit organizations for which a small amount of money can make a big difference.
Support may be provided for:
- Museums, and cultural and performing arts programs
- Educational and skills training programs
- Programs for youth, seniors, and the handicapped
- Environmental and wildlife protection activities
- Other community-based programs
