Amount: $5,000 to $15,000

The purpose of this program is to support projects in the areas of education, the environment, health, and poverty alleviation. The funding agency seeks to fund opportunities such as pilot projects, new projects, capacity building, and evaluations. Generally, funding is initially provided for individual projects, although portions of awards may be designated for capacity-building efforts in subsequent years.

They like new projects — not general operations.
