Description:

The purpose of this program is to provide support to smaller organizations with limited government support providing exceptional services in niche markets. Priority will be given to applicants with special interest in the areas of child education and development, social and community programs, and disadvantaged youth. The funding agency prefers funding start-up costs, special projects, specific operating support, and capital expenditures. The funding agency favors organizations with budgets that range from very small to medium-sized (between $0 and $500,000). Eligibility for this program is restricted to applicants and projects located in the state of Colorado, with preference given to applicants located in Boulder County.
