Description:
The Norm & Marty Noe Family Leadership Incentive Fund was established to provide assistance for Weld County youth to attend leadership and other development programs. Funds are available on a matching or challenge basis to support youth that need financial assistance.
Recipients must share their gained knowledge and experience with classmates, media outlets, and service clubs.
Eligible applicants:
- Grants must benefit Weld County
- Must be 18 or under to apply
- A condition of the award is that recipients share their experience and knowledge gained with classmates, service clubs or media outlets, including a written report to Weld Community Foundation.
- No support for sectarian religious purposes or for-profit organizations.
- No grants for capital fund drives, endowments, debt reduction or event sponsorships.
