The purpose of this program is to support organizations and projects focused on the health of the human eye and eyesight. Proposals should be for services that cannot be financed by any other readily available sources. Requests may include funding for general support or specific project support or development. Funding may be used for direct costs required to carry out specific activities and indirect costs, such as administrative overhead.
