The purpose of the program is to improve the quality of life for local residents. Funding is intended for general operating and project funding in the following seven focus areas: education, health, animals, arts, the environment, civic, and human services. Eligible organizations must benefit residents of the St. Vrain Valley, including Longmont and the surrounding areas.
