Description:
The purpose of this program is to support planning projects to build capacity for the development of collaborative infrastructure to both facilitate innovative partnerships, networks, and theories of action for broadening participation in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) at scale; and to lead to the establishment of future centers, alliances, or other large-scale networks to address a broadening participation challenge. Overall, this program seeks to support the development of collaborative infrastructure to achieve systemic change and increase diversity and participation in the science and engineering community from historically under-engaged populations.
