Description:

The purpose of this program is to support the rehabilitation and replacement of substandard bridges. Funding will support the rehabilitation or replacement of bridges that are included in the Colorado Off-System Structure Eligibility List of the federal bridge inventory, which is attached as the EligibilityList file. Eligible bridges with a rating of four or less and that are defined as “poor” are eligible for rehabilitation or replacement. Eligible bridges with a rating between five and six and that are defined as “fair” are eligible for rehabilitation only, unless the cost of rehabilitation is documented as exceeding the cost of replacement.
