Through a proposal written by JVA, Denver Human Services received a three year grant from the US Labor Department to provide job training to homeless veterans.
JVA conducted the community assessment and business planning leading to the launch of this project.
Arapahoe House uses GPS devices to aid clients recovering from drug and alcohol abuse, a particularly beneficial system for clients who are hard of hearing. JVA wrote the grant proposal to fund this new technology.
