JVA Consulting helped WorkLife Partnership (WLP) as it was transitioning from a program of a workforce development center to its own nonprofit. We helped WLP create a dashboard to demonstrate to employers the return on investment of using WLP’s services to help employees stay on the job; today, we are helping the organization raise money through grantwriting.
