Youth and family collaboratives in Mesa County, specifically the Partnership for Children and Families (PCF) and the Family and Adolescent Partnership (FAP), have a rich history of working together to create a robust continuum of care for their community. To share the stories of their efforts and impact, JVA was engaged to create their third-annual joint community report.
